Abstract
The existing IPTV services have problems of mosaic, still image and long channel switching time, resulting in un-satisfaction of users. It seriously influence the development of IPTV services. The operation process of network was diagnosed to solve these problems, and it strongly supports the development of IPTV service.关键词
