天津地区保护地蔬菜根结线虫种类的分子鉴定
Molecular Identification of Root-knot Nematodes on Vegetables in Greenhouses of Tianjin
摘要
Abstract
In order to identify the species of root-knot nematodes occurring on vegetables in greenhouses in Tianjin region and provide theoretical support for disease control, 11 samples were collected from 7 counties. The RFLP for Mitochondrial DNA and the sequencing for ITS region of ribosomal DNA were applied to analyze the nematodes samples. The results showed that the species for all samples were identified as Meloidogyne incognita.关键词
