Abstract
Objective: To analyze minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion with open surgery in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis method and clinical results. Method: A retrospective a-nalysis of 96 cases of spondylolisthesis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2006 to December 2008, who were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group patients implement minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion and lumbar fixation treatment; conventional open surgery with lumbar fixation for the treatment of patients of the control group, the postoperative follow-up, statistical analysis of two groups of patients, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications and so on. According to a visual analogue scale of pain before and after surgery( VAS ) and the oswestry disability index to evaluate the clinical efficacy, the detection of X-ray CT scan reconstruction detect and lumbar power for interbody fusion patients. Result: Through all patients 6 to 12 months of follow-up investigation which found that patients in the experimental group and the postoperative bleeding volume was less than the control group and has a significant difference, P <0. 05 , two groups of patients with functional disorders index before surgery, after surgery declined obviously, the two groups exist significant differences, the experimental group patients dysfunction index was significantly less than the control group, In addition, the operation time of the two groups were compared, the experimental group operative time was significantly longer. Conclusion: After a statistical analysis of the experimental data for all patients, It shows that the minimally invasive treatment of spondylolisthesis by transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion surgery with less bleeding, less pain, rapid recovery, etc. , worthy of clinical widespread.关键词
