宫腔镜电切术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的疗效及安全性分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of submucous uterine myoma electrore -section under hysteroscope. Method: 21 patients with submucous uterine myoma who were treated in the hospital from February 2008 to May 2010 were selected. There were 11 patients with type 0 in group A, 7 with type I and 3 type II in group B, all patients were treated with submueous uterine myoma electroresection under hysteroscope. To observe therapeutic situations in the two groups. Result: The average operation time of all patients were 44. 5±11. 45min,and intraoperatve blood loss was 59. 3±14. 64mL, and hospital stays was 4. 7±1. 34 days, and the satisfaction rate was 90.4% . It showed significant difference between group A and B in operation time and intraoperatve blood loss, but no significant difference in hospital stays. Conclusion : The therapeutic effect of submucous uterine myoma electroresection under hysteroscope is definite, and the safety is good, the method is suitable for the patients with type 0 submucous uterine myoma especially.关键词
