A co-evolution model of trust and knowledge sharing in collaborative innovation networks
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the authors debated how trust, which is one of the most important influencing factors of knowledge sharing, positively affects knowledge sharing among the cooperative members in collaborative innovation networks. Furthermore, they discussed the co-evolution of trust and knowledge sharing, as well as their impact on the development of collaborative innovation. A dynamic model was put forward to describe the interplay and co-evolution process between trust and knowledge sharing, as well as the situation where collaborative innovation is divided into the developing region, the unstable region, and the collapse region of collaborative innovation. As a result, collaborative innovation would still fail although the level of trust development or knowledge sharing would be rather high in the collapse region of collaborative innovation. On the other hand, collaborative innovation would develop harmoniously and stably over time in the developing region of collaborative innovation. Some measures contributing to trust, knowledge sharing, and development of collaborative innovation networks were proposed when it was not in the developing region.关键词
