不同表达载体对玉米抗蚜虫基因转化效率的影响
Effect of different expression vector on the transformation efficiency of aphid-resistant gene in maize

Abstract
The induction frequency, morphological differences, and the subculture ability of the callus from embryo of maize inbred line 87 - 1, Zheng 22 , and hybrid 87 - 1 x Zheng 22 , Zheng 22 x 87 -1, Zheng 58 x Hi II A, and Chang 7 - 2 x Hi II A were analyzed. The results showed that Chang 7-2 x Hi H A was the best transformed receptor material of these. The expression vectors ( pNCX and pBJ40) carrying anti-aphid gene E/3F were transformed to the receptor callus by Agrobacterium tumefa-ciens LBA4404 respectively. It was concluded that transformation efficiency of pNCX was obviously better than one of pBJ40 on the basis of the state of callus, the number of callus pieces and seedlings obtained after resistance screening.关键词
