芦荟多糖对黄羽肉鸡血液生化指标的影响
Effects of aloe polysaccharide on blood bio-chemical parameters in broilers

Abstract
To observe the effect of aloe polysaccharide ( AP) on blood bio-chemical parameters of yellow-feathered broilers (broilers) in improving and enhancing the immune efficacy, AP solution was injected subcutaneously in amount of 3. 75 ,7. 50 ,11. 25 ,15. 00 ,0 mg each time per bird, respectively, while Newcastle disease ( ND) vaccines were inoculated, and effects of AP of different concentrations and injecting times on blood bio-chemical parameters of broilers were studied. The results showed that the blood bio-chemical parameters of broilers injected once or twice with AP of certain concentration were not significantly different compared with the control (P >0.05). AP solution of certain amount could reduce the content of triglyceride and total cholesterol in blood of broilers to some extent, and was significantly differenct compared with the control(P <0.05) ,except individual treatment and parameters. It was proved that certain amount of AP had no unfavorable effects on the blood bio-chemical parameters of broilers, and could be used as an immunopotentiator to use safely with ND vaccine simultaneously.关键词
