Research on the mechanism of technological innovation system to promote the development of strategic emerging industries
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of the analyses of the functions of the interior sub-system and the exterior functional sub-system of the technical innovation system, this paper focuses on the working mechanism of their promoting functions to the development of the strategic emerging industries. Market interest driving mechanism, competition and cooperation mechanism, government guidance and support mechanism, learning and training mechanism and together with information interaction mechanism form the technical innovation mechanism, which will promote the development of the strategic emerging industries.关键词
