摘要

Abstract

The insect-resistance cotton was used as experiment materials to investigate the effects of salicylic acid (SA) on physiological characteristics and growth of cotton seedlings under NaCl stress. The results showed that SA can increase proline content, SOD and POD activities of cotton seed and seedling under NaCl stress, but MDA content and the relative conductivity decreased. This experiment indicated that SA may help to improve seed germination and seedlings growth and enhance salt resistance ability of cotton.
