怀地黄不同种质杂交育种初步研究
A Preliminary study on hybridization of different Rehmannia glutinosa germplasms

Abstract
Using eight Rehmannia glutinosa cultivars in the resources nursery and a wild Rehmannia glutinosa, hybrid experiment was carried out by randomized complete block design. There were a total of 72 hybrid combinations, and the fruiting rate of hybrid combination, the average seed number of single fruit , the 1 000-seed weight, the relationship between the average seed number of single fruit and the 1 000 seed weight of obverse (SR) and reverse( RS) crosses are explored. The results showed that the farther hybrid genetic relationship of cultivars is, the higher the fruit rate is, the seed number of single fruit and the 1 000 seed weight were also relatively higher, and there was a certain difference between obverse (SR) and reverse (RS) crosses. Intravarietal crossing cannot bear seeds, and its molecular mechanism needs further study.关键词
