Abstract
This thesis introduced the importance of straightness to ensure the quality of HFW pipe and analyzed two special reasons to influence straightness of HFW pipe. Firstly, due to unsuitable cooling process after on-line intermediate frequency heat treatment on steel pipe, it leads to uneven surface temperature; Secondly, uneven strength of plate bending. Aiming at bending reason of HFW pipe, combined with practical production, the relevant protective measures were put forward, such as changing cooling equipment to achieve uniform distribution of steel pipe upper and lower surface temperature; the request to plate bending strength uniformity shall be proposed during purchasing raw material, and through ensuring the quality of raw material to guarantee the straightness of steel pipe.关键词
