摘要

Abstract

The study on the austenite phase transformation in Hot Affected Zones (HAZ) of these pipeline steel grades such as X80, X90 and K70 based on making the model of thermodynamics and dynamics charts (TrsD,)by simulation of weld thermal cycle is carried out by Igelsk Steel Pipe Mill of Severstal together with Prometheus Central Research Institute for Structural Materials, Russia. The effect of the maximum reheating temperature and cooling rate on microstructure and mechanical property in HAZ is discussed and then the relationship between hardness and cooling rate is analyzed by taking the cold crack and softening trend of these mentioned pipeline steels as important indexes.
