摘要

Abstract

Low speed flight characteristic is one of the important research points on helicopter handling qualities. Low speed flight test is the key research method to study helicopter low speed flight characteristic. Firstly, the main influencing factors of helicopter low speed flight characteristic are introduced and the trim flight character istic is analyzed, according to the result of the forward and backward and sideward flight test of the sample heli copter. Then the influence of aerodynamic configuration on the low speed flight test characteristic is analyzed. The optimization of the aerodynamic configuration by reducing horizontal tail area or initial installation angle is proposed. This proposal can be used directly to guide the design and modification of the helicopter.
