对数正态分布双应力交叉步降试验的仿真分析
Numerical Simulation of Double-Crossed Step-down-stress Accelerated Life Test under Lognormal Distribution
摘要
Abstract
Whether the reliability test efficiency can be improved through the double-crossed step-down-stress accelerated life test is simulated by computer under lognormal distribution. In this paper, Monte-Carlo method is used to simulate the procedures of both double-crossed step-down-stress accelerated life test and traditional double-crossed step-up-stress accelerated life test under the same experimental condition. Then, the simulation procedures are applied to the life test of mini-motor, simulation datas are analysed and efficiency ratio of this two tests are compared. The efficiency ratio curve shows double-crossed step-down-stress accelerated life test can greatly improve the test efficiency, which is proved to have broad application prospects when the logarithmic standard deviation is small.关键词
