Design of Signal-Adapted Operator of Lifting Scheme Based on LS-SVR

Abstract
The wavelet transform has been used in signal processing areas widely. But it is difficult to design suitable wavelet function for a given signal. This paper uses the lifting wavelet transform to obtain wavelet function with desired characteristics by designing prediction and update operator. In view of this, a new method of the construction of scale-adaptive operator is proposed. In this method, the split signal is reconstructed by the given dimensionality, and in order to minimize the mean squared error,this paper uses the least-squares support vector regression with the linear regression to construct the prediction and update operator. The simulation result shows the method's feasibility and effective. The operators designed can reflect the configuration of this giving signal, and be good at denoising and fault diagnosis.关键词
