摘要

Abstract

In the detection area of radar, sea clutter is the major factor impacting on the radar detection performance. Sea clutters received by High resolution radar also present the clear performance of non-linearity and non-stationarity, Because of this WT has been used for many years but can not avoid the localization of window function. Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT), a new adaptive signal processing technique, is easy to use and avoids the localization of W. Heisenberg uncertainty theory. HHT has a clear physical meaning and seems to have potential to become a perfect tool in processing non-linearity and non-stationarity signals. Both HHT and WT are used in sea clutter performance analysis and then the analysis results are Compared. The comparison results have shown that, HHT has a better time-frequency collection.
