Abstract
In view of the problems that the classic statistic evaluation method can produce the conclusion with low confidence level and high risk under the condition of small sample, a new testability evaluation method based on Bayes theory is proposed. Firstly, in order to overcome the limitation of the traditional method, a Bayes evaluation model for testability of complex equipment based on fusing the history information and the field system test information is established. This model adopts mixed Beta prior distribution and determines the inheritance factor by using chi-square goodness of fit. Finally, the analysis result of the practical case proves that this method can produce evaluation conclusion with high confidence level, and shows that this method is more rational than the classical statistical method.关键词
