Abstract
The development of information technology is a necessary condition and an important support for the development of a business unit and company, traditional personnel management systems have there one way or another drawback, the management is very inefficient, This paper analyzes the personnel management system based on ASP. NET technology in practice, describes the key technologies used by the system and database technology, and analysis of the system design and the features of the different modules, based the ASP.
