森林经营管理对土壤碳固定的影响研究进展
Advances on Effect of Forest Management on Soil Carbon Sequestration
摘要
Abstract
Forest soil organic carbon (SOC) is an important component of global carbon cycle, and the changes of its accumulation and decomposition directly affect terrestrial ecosystem carbon storage and global carbon balance. Forestry can generate a sink for greenhouse gases. Afforestation is a common strategy that leads to the incorporation of carbon dioxide (CO2) in plant bio-mass. Adapted management of existing forests may have a less obvious or slower effect on the terrestrial C pool. It is mainly relevant in countries that already have a large forest cover. This paper reviewed soil organic carbon was affected by harvesting, rotation, thinning, fertilizer application and tree-species selection,which have an impact on the forest productivity and consequently on C sequestration in the ecosystem. Some related issues and further research directions were discussed.关键词
