Construction and Application of Remote Sensing Dynamic Monitoring System for Agriculture Disaster in Henan Province
摘要
Abstract
To realize the remote sensing dynamic monitoring of agriculture disasters (including drought ,flood, snow cover and crop straw burning) in Henan province, the agriculture disaster remote sensing information system was constructed by means of the ground- and space-agriculture disaster network, 3S technology and multi-source remote sensing data. The system has been applied in Henan province, providing the reliable information for preventing or reducing the disasters.关键词
