A Review on Screening Mimicking Epitope of Antigen from Phage Random Peptide Library
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the screening mimicking epitope of antigen from phage random peptide library was reviewed. The phage random peptide library is a technology by inserting the DNA sequences of polypeptide into the phage coat protein gene at the proper position and the heterolo-gous gene is expressed accompanied with the coat protein. Then,the displayed heterologous polypeptide can be kept relatively independent spatial structure and biological activity, which is a unity of genotype and phynotype. In recent years,phage random peptide library has been widely used for screening the mimicking epitope of various antigen and has made remarkable achievements.关键词
