温室甜瓜自交系的筛选
Selection of Melon Inbred Lines Suitable for Greenhouse Cultivation
摘要
Abstract
07-11 and 07-14 were selected as the most suitable melon inbred lines through the random block design culture,in which phenotypic indexes, i. e. ,the growth, the leaf length,the leaf width,the number of leaves, the petiole length, the petiole width, blooming, female flower node, the average length between two leaves,soluble solids content,chlorophyll content and fruit mass of 8 inbred lines were investigated. The results showed that 07-11 was a high-yield variety for its soluble solids content(14. 5%),chlorophyll content(44. 17 mg/g) and fruit massd 514. 7 g). 07-14 was fit for high-yield for its lots of blooming,soluble solids content(13. 7%),chlorophyll con-tent(38. 11 mg/g) and fruit mass(967. 8 g). 07-14 could be used for density cultivation and late-maturing variety for short petiole length and length between two leaves,and high female flower node.关键词
