银花泌炎灵片对产ESBLs大肠埃希菌体外抑菌活性研究

Abstract
Objective To study the antibacterial effect of Yinhua Miyan Ling Tablet to ESBLs-producing E. Coli in vitro. Methods ESBLs-producing strains were screened and confirmed from 40 E. Coli clinical strains. K-B (Kirby-Bauer) diffusion method was used to detect the antibiotic resistance. The minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs) of Yinhua Miyan Ling Tablet to ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli and Escherichia coli ATCC25922、 ATCC35218 were determined by standard plate dilution method in vitro. Results 18 ESBLs-producing strains were confirmed among 40 clinical isolates(detection rate was 45.0%).All ESBLs-producing strains were multiple resistant strains.The resistance rates to ampicillin, cefazolin, piperacillin, cefuroxime axetil and cefaclor were more than 90%. The resistance rates to imipenem, piperacillin/tazobactam, amikacin, amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, cefepime, and cefoxitin were lower, in less than 30%. The MIC of Yinhua Miyan Ling Tablet to ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli clinical stains and standard control strains ATCC25922 and ATCC35218 were all between 200mg/mL-100mg/mL. And there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Yinhua Miyan Ling Tablet has a strong antibacterial activity to extended- spectrum P -lactamases-producing E-coli in vitro.关键词
