摘要
Abstract
Objective Of chlorpheniramine maleate tablets (chlorpheniramine maleate) in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy Clinical. Methods CSR 90 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 45 patients in the control group received conventional treatment, observation group were treated with chlorpheniramine maleate tablets in the treatment. Results Two groups were significantly different treatment time (P <0.05), the observation group were significantly lower than the control group; the control group relapsed Higher than in the observation group, but no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The observation was No severe toxicity. Conclusion Chlorpheniramine maleate tablets in treatment of CSR to improve total efficiency, shorten the course, reduce the relapse rate, should be popularized.关键词
