Abstract
Objective Explore the surgical treatment of chronic radiation enteritis, and clinical efficacy in the treatment of a variety of surgical methods. Methods The 45 cases of chronic radiation enteritis patients in our hospital, the average surgery 1 to 5, grouped according to different treatment methods. Among them, an anastomosis in patients with intestinal resection and 21 cases of short circuit anastomosis and colostomy in patients undergoing 17 cases, seven cases of permanent colostomy, compare each group of patients with clinical efficacy. Results 45 patients were treated, the clinical cure of 43 cases, 2 patient died. Among them, an anastomosis for bowel resection, all clinical cure; short circuit anastomosis and colostomy treatment, all clinical cure, permanent colostomy cured six cases, and 1 died; 45 patients were cured 43 cases, death 2 cases, the efficiency of 95.6%. Conclusion Chronic radiation enteritis common clinical complications, the need for timely surgical treatment. The correct choice of treatment should be according to the patients body and peritoneal disease status on surgical, surgical lesion of the right to judge, is the key to successful operation.关键词
