奥拉西坦治疗脑梗塞恢复期患者轻度认知功能障碍的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of oxiracetam in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment(MCI) in patients with convalescent cerebral infarction. Methods Forty cases of MCI in patients with convalescent cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups with the montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA).Treatment group,20 patients were treated with oxiracetam,the control group,20 patients were treated with citicoline,the course of treatment was 21d. Observing the clinical effect and the level of MoCA of two groups.Results After therapy, the level of MoCA of treatment group was improved siginificantly(P<0.05);And the level of MoCA of treatment group was higher than that of contral group,the difference was siginificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of oxiracetam is effective to improve cognitive function of convalescent cerebral infarction patients.关键词
