丹参注射液对中重度IUA患者宫内膜αvβ3、PDGF及TIMP-1的影响
Effects of danshen injection on αvβ3,PDGF and TIMP-1 in endometrium of patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions

Abstract
Objective To observe the changengs of α v β 3,PDGF and TIMP-1 before and after therapy ,by infusing danshen injection into uterine cavity,through such a way to investigate the relationship between danshen injection and IUA,and to elucidate the mechanism of this medicine in preventing and treating IUA. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into danshen group,viscoelastic solution group and blank control group,30 patients in each group.Observing the changes of α v β 3,PDGF and TIMP-1 before and after therapy, through two-dimensional electrophoresis. Results Three groups had no difference in α v β 3,PDGF and TIMP-1 before therapy (P>0.05),while after therapy the PDGF and TIMP-1 expression in blank control group were more than the other two groups (P<0.05),but the α v β 3 level was less than the other two groups(P<0.05).There were no difference between viscoelastic solution group and danshen group in α v β 3,PDGF and TIMP-1. Conclusion The abnormal expression of α v β 3,PDGF and TIMP-1can proliferate uerine fiber,and participate in development and progression of IUA, danshen injection and viscoelastic solution can reduce IUA rate and increase endometrial receptivity through regulating expression of α v β 3,PDGF and TIMP-1.关键词
