摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing fractures of patients with pelvic fracture during the peri-operative period. Methods In order to lay the foundation of positive mental and physical, and make them actively cope with surgery, 32 patients with pelvic fracture were enrolled for psychological guidance and diet adjustment before operation. Vital signs changes of patients should be observed closely for the prevention and management of complications after operation, periodic assessment of limb blood flow and guidance of limb functional exercises should be conducted for the prevention of pressure sores and venous thrombosis of lower extremities etc,detailed guidance should be granted for patients at discharge. Results
All the 32 patients with pelvic fracture were operated smoothly, and 2 cases of post-operative complications were corrected timely. Conclusion Peri-operative nursing intervention for patients with pelvic fracture can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, and it is the important guarantee of surgery and physical rehabilitation.关键词
