补肾化痰法针刺治疗血管性痴呆96例临床观察
Clinical Observation on 96 Cases with Vascular Dementia by Tonifying Kidney and Reducing Phlegm
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effect and safety on vascular dementia by acupuncture of tonifying kidney and reducing phlegm. Methods: 144 patients with vascular dementia were multicenter randomized divided into the treatment group (n=96) and the control group (n=48). The cases of treatment group were treated with acupuncture of tonifying kidney and reducing phlegm,and cooperated with interactive therapy; the control group were treated with Co-dergocrine Mesylate Tablets. The effectiveness and safety were elaluated after treatment of 12 weeks. Results: Compared with control group, the scores of both MMSE and NPI were improved in the treatment group(P<0.05), and there were no adverse events during treatment. Conclusion: Acupuncture of tonifying kidney and reducing phlegm can improve cognitive function and tcm symptom in patients with VD.关键词
