复方延胡散治疗室性早搏45例临床观察
Clinical Observation on 45 Cases with Premature Ventricualr Contraction by Compound Corydalis Powder
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of Compound Corydalis Powder for the patients with premature ventricualr contraction. Methods: 90 patients with premature ventricualr contraction were randomly divided into control group (n=45) and treatment group (n=45). The patients in control group were treated with mexiletine, and the patients in treatment group were treated by Compound Corydalis Powder and mexiletine, treated for 4 weeks. The change of the clinical symptoms and 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram were observed after 4 weeks to assess the curative effect. Results: The clinical total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05), and the treatment group showed higher total effective rate on ECG than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound Corydalis Powder can provide obvious effect on premature ventricualr contraction with little toxic and side effect.关键词
