新型生物柴油催化剂性能研究
Capability of new-type biodiesel catalyst

Abstract
The catalytic efficiency of new catalyst SXL was investigated with refined rapeseed oil as raw material. The results show that under the optimal reaction conditions of methanol mass fraction 56% , catalyst mass fraction 3% , reaction time 60 min, temperature 40-60℃ , the percent conversion can reach more than 98%. Utilizing refined colza oil, the anti-poisoning of catalyst was investigated. The new catalyst's tolerance on free fatty acids and water content reaches to 7% and 10% , respectively. The results indicate that the catalyst can be applied directly to the crude vegetable oil, which significantly reduces the production cost, and presents a better application prospect.关键词
