摘要

Abstract

The effects of temperature, pH and mass fraction of NaH2PO4 on the solubility of bitespiramycin in the different solvent systems were researched from the view of thermodynamics. The extraction technology characteristics of bitespiramycin from petroleum ether eluent with phosphates buffer solution were studied. The influences of temperature, pH and mass fraction of NaH2PO4 on the extraction process and extraction distribution coefficient α were studied. H3PO4-0. 7% NaH2PO4( mass fraction ) buffer solution was chosen as the extraction agent in the extraction experiments with phase ratio A/0 = 1/10. It shows that the optimum pH range is 2.0-2.2 for extraction process, and the distribution coefficient a decreases with temperature rise. The extraction process is exothermic process. Low temperature and high mass fraction of NaH2PO4 are conducive to the promotion of extraction yield. Based on the experimental results, the extraction distribution coefficient theoretical models of a-pH and a-T were developed, and the mathematical formula α-pH-T was derived with software Matlab.
