摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the effect of temperature on the pyrolysis gas and slag of the pyrolysis unit, the pyrolysis and gasification experiments of Shenmu bituminous coal at different temperatures were conducted in a dual circulating fluidized beds test rig. The experimental results show that with temperature rise, the volume fraction of H2 in pyrolysis gas increases, that of CH4 and CO2 decreases, that of CO decreases initially and then increases, and the yield of the main components of pyrolysis gas increases. The specific area and the pore volume of the slag sampled from the pyrolysis unit are mainly small and middle holes (0-50 nm) , the specific area and the pore volume of the samples are the largest at 817 ℃ , come the second at 844℃ , and followed by those at 766 ℃. At the conditions of 1 200 ℃ and N2 atmosphere, the reactivities of CO2 and the samples are the largest at 817 ℃ , come the second at 766℃ , and followed by those at 844℃.
