Study on the Reaction Kinetics of Bonding Agents and N-100 by FT-IR

摘要

Abstract

The reaction kinetics of bonding agents and N-100 was studied by FT-IR. The reaction rate constant and activation energy were obtained. The mechanical properties of the bonding agent were validated. The results show that, two reactions of W01/N-100 and BAG01/N-100 are determined as second order reaction. The activation energies are 33. 35 kJ/mol for W01/N-100 and 32. 26 kJ/mol for BAG01/N-100. The reaction rate rises with increasing of reaction temperature. The mechanical performance of propellant was improved by N-100, and the effect of bonding agent W01 was better than bonding agent BAG01. Bonding agent of W01 was more suitable for glycidylazi-dopolymer(GAP).
