摘要

Abstract

Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) technology is one of the most powerful analytical techniques for the identification of biological molecular species with high sensitivity, high specificity and good stability, as well as mild conditions of detection. At present, although SERS technique has been applied in tumor pathology in its infancy, SERS has shown good prospects and great potential. A brief introduction of the basic theory and common features of SERS and SERS active substrate, as well as recent advances and limitations of SERS in tumor pathology were presented here.
