Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of resveratrol (Res) on rat hepatoma cells CBRH7919 and the mechanism underlying this effect. Methods-, The cell viability and growth of CBRH7919 cultured with different doses of Res was detected by SRB method. The changes of cell cycle, cell apototis and mitochondrial membrane potential were determined by flow cytom-etry. Results:The inhibition of Res on cell viability of CBRH7919 had time-dependent and dose-dependent manners. After being treated with Res, the apoptosis of CBRH7919 was increased, and the cell number of CBRH7919 in G0-G1 phase was increased and the mitochondrial membrane potential of CBRH-7919 cells was decreased. Conclusion:Res has an inhibitory effect on the cell growth of CBRH7919 cells through the mitochondrial membrane pathway.关键词
