胎儿睾丸发生过程中转化生长因子β1与Smad4的表达
Expression of TGF-β1 and Smad4 during the development of human fetal testis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the expression features of TGF-β1 and Smad4 and study their roles during the development of the human fetal testis. Methods: The positive rates of TGF-β1 and Smad4 in the testis between different human fetal ages were examined by HE staining and SP immunohistochemical technique. Results: The expressions of TGF-β1 and Smad4 at different degrees were found in Leydig cells and Germ cells. TGF-β1 expression reached its peak from the 12th to 20th week and Smad4 expression reached its peak from 12th to 24th week. 24 weeks later, the number of positive cells decreased gradually with increasing of the fetal ages. Conclusion: The expressions of TGF-β1 and Smad4 in different degrees are found during the development of human fetal testis, which indicates that they have important roles during the testis development.关键词
