Real-time Soft Tissue Deformable Model Based on State Space Precomputation
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the computational efficiency of the Hybrid Soft Tissue Deformable Model(HSTDM), a Precomputation-based Hybrid Soft Tissue Deformable Model(P-HSTDM) is proposed. The proposed model uses HSTDM model to obtain the exact discrete state space data by offline precomputation, then the smoothed particle hydrodynamics interpolation function is used to calculate the force feedback and the offset value of deformation node in real-time interaction. Simulation results show that P-HSTDM model can describe linear, nonlinear and anisotropic material properties of the soft tissue, and provide the refresh rate of visual and force feedback above 60 Hz and 500 Hz, respectively.关键词
