Online Real-Time Data Collection and Filter of DPS Multi-Sensors Based on OPC Technology

Abstract
In ship dynamic positioning systems, it is difficult to share real-time data, due to the heterogeneity of multi-sensors from different devices. The large fluctuation of the collected data often causes frequent adjustment of the controller, resulting in excessive actions of the actuator on board and increasing the mechanical wear of the devices. To tackle this problem, in this paper, we deveipp a reliable and high-speed method of data communication among a host computer, main controller and sensors by u-sing OPC technology and VC++ programming. Experimental results suggest that our new method can realize online real-time data filtering that meets project needs.关键词
