Study of continuous preview integrated inventory policy with lead time controllable
摘要
Abstract
This paper develops an integrated inventory model for minimizing the total joint annual costs incurred by the vendor and the purchaser. The objective is to determine the optimal inventory policies in which the probability distribution of the lead time demand is normal, while order quantity, delivery times and lead time as decision variables. With these properties, the efficient solution procedures are presented to determine the optimal inventory policies speedily and optimally. The model is compared to Banerjee model and Goyal model by numerical examples to illustrate the procedures of the algorithms.关键词
