摘要

Abstract

The problem of stack-scheduling in bulk port is a typical combinatorial optimization problem. In this paper, on the basis of the issue analysis and modeling, the NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve it. In accordance with the huge searching space, restrictions and influencing factors of bulk port, this paper initiates the multi-objective optimization method based on improved NSGA-II. The paper applies the proposed algorithm to the optimization of stack-scheduling by using Java and Jess.
