摘要

Abstract

With the expanding of space application filed, space payload data management and transmission become increasingly complex, and that require higher reliability and effectiveness for the testing of space data bus. The testability requirements of the Ethernet data bus on space payload are proposed based on present situation. The testability is analyzed and designed by the FMECA and multi-signal model, and a space Ethernet simulation platform is built for verifying the design. The verification shows the design meets the requirements of testability and has small impact on the performance of the system after adding testability, can guide future space application.
