中空纤维膜纺丝液体系(PVDF/TEP/Al2O3)的流变性
Rheological Behavior of Spinning Solution System (PVDF/TEP/Al2O3) for Hollow Fiber Membrane

Abstract
Influence of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) content, additives content as well as temperature on the rheology behavior of PVDF/TEP/Al2O3 system was studied via steady rotating shear method using PVDF as raw material, triethyl phosphate (TEP) as diluent and nano-Al2O3 as additives. The results show that the PVDF/TEP/Al2O3 fluid is shear thinning. The apparent viscosity increases with the concentration of PVDF and additives increasing. The zero shearing viscosity decreases with the temperature increasing. The structural viscosity index increases and the non-Newtonian index have maximum and minimum point with the content of additives increasing. When the additives content is 1.5w%, the non-Newtonian and structural degree is weak.关键词
