Abstract
Aiming at the problems in enterprise human resource management, such as inefficiency of artificial management, single per-formance assessment method and information lonely island, isomerous system platform, poor expansibility in the enterprise human resource management system, the physical and logical viewpoints of architecture framework in the enterprise management human resource based SOA are proposed with the help of SOA and Web service.The components and implementation of the viewpoints are also given and the Ajax tech-nology is introduced into the development Finally, the physical and logical viewpoints of architecture framework are applied into the develop-ment of some military enterprise human resource management system to validate their feasibility and validity. The development system runs well and the user'response is good at present.关键词
