Abstract
For the realization of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO)-orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems coherent detection, a channel estimation algorithm for MIMO-OFDM System based on superimposed orthogonal training sequence is proposed. Estimation criteria and training patterns were given in great detail. Due to the correlation of superimposed training sequence and irrelevant between sequence and data, the channel estimation can be acquired conveniently and accurately. Through theoretical analysis and computer simulation, the proposed algorithm's performance is as good as the LS algorithm without matrix inversion, making the minimum mean square error reaches a minimum. Besides, by superposition of training sequences, there is no loss of bandwidth.关键词
