摘要

Abstract

In software project, it is the basis for the development of the project that the user requirements are prioritized. In the methods of current requirements prioritization, the user requirements were compared and prioritized on the same level, and the hierarchy of requirements was few considered. This paper proposed a method of setting the highest priority of requirements based on the interpretative structural model. First, it built the hierarchical model of software requirements with ISM. Next, it operated the intersections of the top each requirements related, and gave these requirements the highest priority. Final, it gave the case analysis. The results show that this method can highlight the levels of the requirements, elicit the requirements set with the highest priority, and improve the efficiency of requirements prioritizing.
