黄芪防芷汤对变应性鼻炎患者血清IgE,IL-4,IL-12含量的影响
Influence of Astragalus Anti- Chih Tang on serum IgE,IL- 4, IL- 12 in patients with allergic rhinitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of Astragalus Anti - Chih Tang in patients with allergic rhinitisin. Methods Sixty - eight patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into control group (n =34) and treatment group (n =34). The control group received budesonide,montelukast,and ketotifen. Based on the therapy of the control group,the treatment group received self - prescribed treatment. The serum levels of IgE,IL - 4 and IL - 12,allergic rhinitis symptom score and airway reactivity were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the serum IgE,IL -4 levels in two groups were significantly lower (P<0.05). IL - 12 level was significantly higher (P< 0.05). IL-4 level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05),and IL- 12 level was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P < 0.05). After treatment,the allergic rhinitis symptoms score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05). The Fres,R5 and R20 in the treatment group were significantly lower (P<0. 05) and the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Astragalus Anti - Chih Tang has reliable efficacy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Its therapeutic effect may be related to Thl/Th2 which corrects the balance of the patient s body.关键词
