留置鼻空肠营养管行肠内营养的临床应用分析
Clinical application of lien nasojejunal feeding tube for enteral nutrition

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of enteral nutrition in patients with indwelling nasojejunal feeding tube for the gastric surgery. Methods Thirty - six gastric cancer patients in hospital who were diagnosed and comfirned by electronic gastroscope and biopsy from May 2009 to May 2011 were included in the study. Indwelling nasal jejunal feeding tube for two- week enteral nutrition,the completion of enteral nutrition,intestinal function recovery time,complications,and other indicators were comparatively analyzed. The weight,total protein,albumin,and other indicators of patients Id before surgery and 14 days after surgery were detected. Indicators of immune function in patients were assessed as well. Results Through the indwelling nasojejunal feeding tube enteral nutrition,the average recovery of bowel function in patients was (43. 2 ± 11.4) h. After enteral nutrition,the weight,total protein,albumin and other nutritional indicators in patients were significantly lower. But immunological parameters of IgA,IgG and IgM[ (1.79 ± 0.60) g/L,and (10. 78 ± 2. 88) g/L and (1. 11 ± 0. 23) g/L] were significantly higher 10 days after surgery. The incidence rate of postoperative complications such as vomiting and sore throat was 13. 9% (5/36). Conclusion Gastric cancer surgery in patients with jejunostomy enteral nutrition is a simple,safe,effective,timely and comprehensive nutritional support in line with the superiority of physiology characteristics.关键词
