地奥司明在治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成中的作用研究
Research on diosmin in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of diosmin in deep venous thrombosis. Methods Seventy patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 35) and control group (n =35). The control group received urokinase,warfarin sodium,aspirin,and Danshen. Based on the treatment of the control group,the treatment group received additional micronized diosmin tablets,1350 mg/time,3 times/d,continuously for 4d,and then changed to 900 mg/time,2 times/d,qd 10 d. Thrombolytic effects of the two groups were observed. Ankle circumference and calf circumference before treatment,10d,30d after treatment were observed as well. Results The total efficacy rate of thrombosis was 74.3% in the treatment group,which was higher than that of the control group (68.6%). After treatment ,the left and right ankle circumference and the left and right calf circumference in the two groups were significantly reduced (P<0.05). The treatment group decreased more significantly (P<0.05). No significant adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion Diosmin can significantly reduce deep vein thrombosis of limb swelling.关键词
