超声心动图评估参芪扶正注射液治疗联合放化疗患者心肌损伤的研究
Study on echocardiograph in assessment of Shenqi Fuzheng injection in the treatment of myocardial damage induced by combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the remedial effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection in improving myocardial damage induced by combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy by using echocardio-graph. Methods Sixty tumor patients in our hospital were divided into two groups. The treatment group (n =30) received radiotherapy, chemotherapy and Shenqi Fuzheng injection, and the control group (n = 30) received radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The echocardiograph indexes (strain rate imaging in 4 myocardial sites, left ventricular Tei index) of the two groups after six or twelve weeks were compared. Results Statistic difference of strain rate imaging and left ventricular Tei index have been found between the two groups after six or twelve weeks (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion During the course of combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy, Shenqi Fuzheng injection is effective in protecting cardiac muscle.关键词
